Again, outstanding work. You're cutting and shaping the brass correct? That's laudable, and seems to be a lot of effort and I respect that. There are easier ways...
Have you considered sand casting using a wooden or clay master so as to allow mass production of these?
Breathing in all that zinc from grinding brass needs a good respirator. Woods is simple to carve and safer to breath then you can recast them using (lead/zinc free) bronze.
Just an Idea, be safe as you do amazing work.
